Thanks for visiting! My name is Amy Eggers. I'm a Northern Virginia native and fourth-generation Alexandrian. I come from a long-line of Real Estate developers, managers, and designers and know this region like the back of my hand.

With only 2 years in the field, I'm already in the top 1% of agents in the Mid-Atlantic region.

In 2022, I left the field of broadcast journalism and obtained my Virginia Real Estate license, only to be diagnosed with breast cancer the same week. I very thankfully beat cancer, and have been practicing Real Estate in earnest since the beginning of 2023. I am consistently named Top Agent in the DC Metro area, earned a position in the Coldwell Banker Sterling Society, and am now a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors 'Top Producers Club.' However, I'm most proud of receiving the 'Rookie of the Year' award from Coldwell Banker for the entire Mid-Atlantic region, putting me in the top 1% of my industry. I was also voted "Readers' Choice" for best new local Realtor by Zebra media in Alexandria. Plainly put, I get the job done and reach my clients' goals!

What I love and value the most from my career in Real Estate is helping people achieve their housing dreams and educating along the way. An educated client is my number one goal. Knowledge is key in one of the biggest transactions of your life. There's no such thing as a 'stupid question,' and I'm never too busy for you. I've been through thick and thin and can meet you wherever you are on your path to home ownership.
